Food Safety & Compliance Terms

Every PADUCHU CAFE franchise outlet — Community or Commercial — is required to:

  • Hold a valid FSSAI registration or license appropriate to the outlet's scale of operation, and keep it current at all times.
  • Follow PADUCHU CAFE's standardized recipes, ingredient sourcing guidelines, and hygiene protocols provided during onboarding and training.
  • Maintain a clean, pest-controlled kitchen and storage environment, with regular self-audits.
  • Ensure all staff handling food complete basic food-safety and hygiene training before starting work.
  • Store perishables at correct temperatures and follow safe food-handling and preparation practices at every stage.
  • Promptly report any food-safety incident or customer health complaint to PADUCHU CAFE admin.
  • Cooperate with periodic quality and hygiene inspections conducted by PADUCHU CAFE or its representatives.

Non-compliance with these terms may result in suspension of the outlet from the platform until the issue is resolved. These terms are a summary for franchise applicants — the complete franchise agreement, provided at onboarding, is the governing document.
