This page explains what personal information PADUCHU CAFE collects and how it's used.

1. What We Collect
When you register or place an order, we collect your name, email, phone number, and delivery address (including flat/house number, landmark, city, state, and pincode). If you save your location, we store its coordinates to show you nearby sellers. We keep a record of your order history and any reviews you submit.

2. How We Use It
Your contact and address details are shared with the specific seller(s) fulfilling your order, so they can deliver it — never with sellers you haven't ordered from. Your email may be used to send order confirmations, password reset links, and — only if you've opted in — newsletter updates you can unsubscribe from at any time.

3. Payment Information
Online payments are processed directly by our payment gateway partner; PADUCHU CAFE does not store your card or UPI details on its own servers.

4. Data Retention
Account and order data is kept for as long as your account is active, and as needed to meet legal and accounting requirements afterward.

5. Your Choices
You can update or delete saved addresses from your account at any time, and can request account deletion by contacting support. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option in every message.

6. Sellers' Access to Your Data
A seller can only see delivery details (name, phone, address) for orders actually placed with them — never your full account information or order history with other sellers.

7. Security
Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing, never in plain text. Password reset links expire after 1 hour and can only be used once.
