Welcome to PADUCHU CAFE. By creating an account, placing an order, or registering as a seller on this platform, you agree to the terms below.

1. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account password secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate contact and delivery information — sellers rely on it to fulfil your order.

2. Orders & Payment
Prices shown at checkout are final at the time of order. Orders can be paid by Cash on Delivery or online payment, where available. Placing an order is an offer to buy, accepted once the order is confirmed.

3. Delivery
Delivery availability, timing, and fees depend on the seller and your location, shown at checkout before you pay. PADUCHU CAFE facilitates the marketplace connecting you with sellers; delivery is fulfilled by the seller or their delivery partner.

4. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled from your account while still Pending or Confirmed. Once an order has moved to Processing or beyond, contact the seller or PADUCHU CAFE support directly.

5. Sellers & Franchise Outlets
Sellers on this platform — home kitchens, restaurants, and franchise outlets — are independent businesses responsible for their own food safety, quality, and compliance (including FSSAI registration where applicable). PADUCHU CAFE reviews and approves sellers before they go live but does not itself prepare or handle the food sold.

6. Reviews
Product reviews must reflect a genuine, verified purchase. PADUCHU CAFE may moderate or remove reviews that violate this or are otherwise inappropriate.

7. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
